One potential solution that I’m considering is adding a checkbox in your user settings to turn off the ‘not exact setlists’. That way each user can decide if they want to see them or not. I’ll keep an eye on this idea and see if more users are interested in this.

  5. Implement a location filter when browsing (e.g. only show concerts from one country)

Implement a filter such that only concerts that match the filter are shown. This could be used to only show concerts alongside another specific band, only show concerts in a certain venue, city or country etc.

  6. I attended a concert by Emmylou Harris at an outdoor amphitheater at Stanford University sometime prior to 1985.

I attended a concert by Emmylou Harris and the Hot Band at an outdoor amphitheater at Stanford University prior to 1985. You do not have such a concert in your listing.

  7. Add "cancelled" tag to concert that was scheduled but abandoned or cancelled

Would be great to get insight into performances that were scheduled for a specific date, but were cancelled. Perhaps a "Rescheduled" tag could be used to define shows that were cancelled, but a future date has been set.

This would be good for venues or promoters to see which artists or acts are more likely to cancel when trying to attract talent or promote a show.

Right now, there are no databases that provide this information in an organized fashion.

  8. Way to link bands of the same name to setlist.fm to ensure setlists are correctly retrieved

It would be very helpful to allow someway to link duplicate bands to the correct artist on setlist.fm to ensure the setlist is retrieved

  9. allow you to check which day(s) you attended multi-day concerts

I've gone to several multi-day festivals and they only count as one concert. It would be nice to check that I went to day 1 of a festival, or all days, etc. and have that count as separate concerts.

  11. Do not co-mingle a venue by the same name that has two (2) or more known addresses.

Example: 9:30 Club in Washington, D.C.
The original 9:30 Club operated from 1980 until 1995 at the historic Atlantic Building at 930 F Street NW. It had a truly unique history unto itself, and serves as a line of demarcation between the "New" 9:30 Club located north at 815 V Street NW which opened in January 1996. It's like comparing apples and oranges. Now, when I look at the shows I attended at the original F Street location, they're lumped in with the newer V Street location as well! Okay, so I can ascertain by the dates which witch is…

Ticket cost per: calculated by number of tickets

  14. Separate band list per day when multiple days concert/festival is enabled

It would be nice when you mark multiple days, to have a band list per day.

    pros:
    - you will be able to mark the real day you see the bands.
    - you will be able to create a more accuracy bands order as recommended in the guidelines.

    cons:
    - none :)

  15. Option to add "surprise" guest artists who only come onstage for a song or two

I’d love it if there were a way to add an artist/musician/band who maybe wasn’t billed as part of the show but who came out as a surprise guest for, say, just a few songs. In other words, someone who you want to be able to say you saw perform but who doesn’t deserve marquee recognition as either the headliner or an opener in the lineup. (Example: Once I saw James Taylor in what was supposed to be a show with just him and his band – but he surprised the audience by inviting Taylor Swift to join him onstage…

  16. Option to add multiple venues to one event

A lot of modern festivals happen at multiple locations around the city. Like, for example https://leguesswho.nl/, where for 4 days a lot of concerts happen at a lot of concert venues.

Now I make different concerts for each location, but it would be easier to group all of those in one event wherein you can choose which artist you saw at which location during the event.

  17. Jethro Tull August 8, 1969, @ Swing Auditorium in San Bernardino, CA, not Los Angeles, CA. Tull opened for Led Zeppelin. I WAS THERE.

CORRECTIONS TO YOUR PAGE: Jethro Tull, August 8, 1969, @ Swing Auditorium in San Bernardino, CA, NOT Los Angeles, CA as cited. Tull opened for Led Zeppelin, the latter IS NOT mentioned. I WAS THERE, SO I KNOW WHAT I'M WRITING ABOUT. Many years ago a private airplane crashed into the Swing Auditorium, destroying the building.

  20. Artists that play together

Ability to add multiple artists that joined together on stage as seperate artists.
An example, I went to gig where David Bowie and Iggy Pop played a gig together with Radiohead as opening band, now I have to make an entry with "David Bowie & Iggy Pop" and "Radiohead", but in the past I also saw David Bowie seperately too on other dates. In statistics they won't add the 2 times I've saw Bowie together now.
