  2. Have the venue be the address.

It would be awesome if when a venue changes it's name it still appears as one venue. There's a club in Philadelphia for example used to be called sound garden. It's changed names like 5 times and as a result my stats are off. I consider it the same venue.

  4. Adjust flashback email time to user's timezone

I love the idea of receiving flashback emails saying 'x years ago today, you saw...', but 9/10 times I don't see the email until the next day. That's because I get the emails around 18:30 (6:30 pm), and I rarely check my emails in the evening. Because of that I kind of miss the opportunity to look back at the concert on its 'anniversary'.

That's why I would like to be able to enter my timezone in the settings, so the emails can be sent out in the morning (in my timezone). This way I have all day to check…

  5. Email updates include all past concerts attended on that date

It would be cool to list all shows attended previously on today's date. A friend shared their Concert Archives email with a show 20 years ago that we had both attended. The same day I received a CA email about a show I attended 4 years ago, but not the show I had also logged from 20 years ago.

  6. Festivals/Multi-Day Events count towards total concert count

I want each day of a festival to count towards a different concert! I personally count it that way and my total concert count is off because they are counted per-event rather than per-day.

  7. Correction to setlist: wrong artist is linked.

The Jack White setlist for 2014-09-19, at Music Midtown in Atlanta, links to a different setlist.fm artist. The link & setlist showing on Concert Archives is wrong.

    Here is the correct setlist:
    https://www.setlist.fm/setlist/jack-white/2014/piedmont-park-atlanta-ga-3bcf3470.html

The link to the concert page is:
    https://www.concertarchives.org/concerts/music-midtown-2014-aa64cd92-4397-4851-9508-cdde365ae70a#:~:text=on%20Setlist.fm-,Jack%20White%20setlist,-%3A

The setlist link pulls in this URL by 'Jack Russell':
    https://www.setlist.fm/setlist/jack-russells-great-white/2014/concert-pub-north-houston-tx-63cfc22f.html

Please see the correct link above with the correct Setlist.

If I could change it myself I would, thanks

  9. Add field for ticket cost, seat location, seat #, and how you acquired ticket

    Add new fields for:
    - Ticket Cost
    - Seat Location (i.e. general admission, pit, lower/upper level, VIP, private suite, etc)
    - Seat Number (i.e. sec 116, row F, seat 5)
    - Where you purchased/acquired your ticket (i.e. a ticketing website, gifted to you, won a contest, someone selling on street outside venue, working the event, artist friends/family comp list, snuck in, etc)

  11. Help needed Button

"Help request" (not via forum). It would be great to have something like a button or hint on the concert I create, because I still need help with some of the details. "Concert for band XXy - can anybody still remember the name of the support"?

  12. Disable bands from concert entries in which the band was listed but did not play

Provide a specific function that allows users to disable bands from concert entries in which the band was listed on the ticket, poster, marketing, etc but did not play the event, cancelled, etc. For example, Hot Snakes were listed on all advertising material for Riot Fest 2018 but did not play even though Riot Fest 2018 went on as an event. This being said, this function should be unique so that users aren't creating concerts that were cancelled. We don't need a database of concerts that were announced, cancelled, and that no one saw.

  13. Limit a concert in all displays to the title of the concert

Limit a concert in all displays to the title of the concert (eg, Riot Fest 2016) when the concert is a festival, multi-day event, etc.. Clicking on the title will then expand to display the list of the artists that played the concert. Festival and multi-day events take up far too much space in search returns and overviews etc.

  14. Indicate which search results are already in your archive

When searching for a past concert, I would like to see a flag to indicate which of the results I've already added to my archive -- or even have them eliminated entirely from the returned list.

  17. Artists that play together

Ability to add multiple artists that joined together on stage as seperate artists.
An example, I went to gig where David Bowie and Iggy Pop played a gig together with Radiohead as opening band, now I have to make an entry with "David Bowie & Iggy Pop" and "Radiohead", but in the past I also saw David Bowie seperately too on other dates. In statistics they won't add the 2 times I've saw Bowie together now.

  18. Do not co-mingle a venue by the same name that has two (2) or more known addresses.

Example: 9:30 Club in Washington, D.C.
The original 9:30 Club operated from 1980 until 1995 at the historic Atlantic Building at 930 F Street NW. It had a truly unique history unto itself, and serves as a line of demarcation between the "New" 9:30 Club located north at 815 V Street NW which opened in January 1996. It's like comparing apples and oranges. Now, when I look at the shows I attended at the original F Street location, they're lumped in with the newer V Street location as well! Okay, so I can ascertain by the dates which witch is…
